The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £91/$175 per week if requested at the time of booking. The Hot Tub is heated at all times and is included in the rental price for the villa. This is not negotiable. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £50/$90. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £200/$396 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
